Yeah I've just demolished 24k seats in my stadium
The weekly costs were crazy and since highest attendances in Polish Ekstraklasa this season are 59k-64, then it makes absolutely no sense to have a 104k stadium. I get around 25-30k MAX attendance currently, so cutting down -25% of maintenance made sense, should have done that years ago I guess but couldn't be bothered. If I did that when I sold my last team (37 seasons ago) I would have now +9.25m euro on the account :D
The demolition cost me ~500k euro, but I will get that back in 2 seasons due to lower costs of stadium maintenance and everything after the 2 seasons will be a "profit" or rather "not wasted money".
Honestly even the current 80k seems too big but we will see, hard to test while playing at low level.
