Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
Fun fact: most injuries in sport are not the consequence of physical contact. Heavy injuries like acl/mcl sprains are almost everytime caused by running and jumping. Also injuries like groin strains and hamstring injuries are direct consequence of sudden and powerful movements like sprints..
@tsolias what is your explanation i play almost the same tactics last 4 seasons one of the seasons i had a crazy amount of injuries this one I have none ...same tactic
and why we always compare RL with sokker in real life you do not have limit slots per training
PS: we do not attack you and say its bs we just have different opinions
PS: we do not attack you and say its bs we just have different opinions
Of course there are always exceptions, just like in real life.
" last 4 seasons one of the seasons i had a crazy amount of injuries"
Of course there is also a random factor and some seasons are indeed bitchy - last time I had this experience was 4 seasons ago when 4 of my 5 striker-trainees got injured in 10 days.
And I also had the experience of frequent injuries in a period when I tested tactics with players have to run with the ball and making fast sprints. This was my experience and the stats seem to validate my conclusion.

"why we always compare RL with sokker in real life"
Because sokker is a simulation of real life :)
------------------------------------------------
"we do not attack you"
Svik, it was not about you. :)
I told to some people to change tactics to have less injuries, because I watched their matches and saw that their players run with the ball and these users responded very offensive.
About you, I like the way of your argumentation and I also have changed opinion in the past, because of your arguments.
e.g. Your argument to reduce number or duration of injuries because it is a game and we want fun in the game is for me still a valid argument - however, on my last post, I forgot it... sorry (!)... and thank you for the reminder.
So, I will rephrase my last sentence of my last post to:
For me, there are 2 arguments left for an urgent change of ME to produce less or shoerter injuries:
a) Next season we will play 2 league matches per week and if the injury algoruthm stays the same, then every injury will be a bigger trouble.
b) Sokker is a simulation but it is also a game and people play games to have fun. With less or shorter injuries, we will have more fun.

@ Svik: You see? I told you! I like your argumenttion and your argumentation caused me to change. :)

what i do not like in random factors is the same user may be punished with injuries several seasons in a row and until the same random factor may take a century to apply on others .... to be hones as much random is eliminated from gam as better ...
Because sokker is a simulation of real life :)
not exactly its a game for fun :) and the main beatu is training system and that is far from RL but is something we do not want to change much
well i also agree that tactics may affect the injuries making some players run as crazy etc but for me that is not the main factor unfortunately random seems major
playing one striker is alos super risky for a striker he is always a target of defs but is funny since i play one striker i do not have injuries :)
a) is my main concern cause the way devs introduce changes without think about consequences or just because they do not have time
b) i can admire you for that thats what i wanted to hear

¿Are they gonna change training system?
The main problem of sokker are the match engine and tactic system, not the training one nor the number of matches per week.
In my opinion, with this training system the team management is really hard and that is what makes skker so funny. If you want to win, you have to choose not to train U21 players or the whole team So, best teams tend to lose their level in a few seasons (see for example CC) and that give some balance.
If you give to the best teams the chance to train young players or train the whole squad, youcwill lose those fluctuation in levels... and there will be a veeeeery big difference between the biggest and smallest teams.

Sokker devs need to focus on tactics amd engine... something like football manager.
....with 0 player instructions, roles, tackling intensity, style of play etc.
I'm a big fm fan with thousands of hours spent on tactics, roles and junior training.
Ofc that the online game is too small to implememt all those things, but some of them could partially be there.
I'm not playing this today, because of the tactic system, it's because i'm here from 2006 and the nice community, although it's small.
Changes must be made, but i see at the end, with these training changes, a lot of farm teams in lower leagues, making big sokker countries even bigger

Do you think new changes from next season will be implemented or will it be postponed again?
Greetings!

"... The competition reform will be a priority for us. We predict that its implementation in season 61 is practically certain. The training reform, on the other hand, can be implemented simultaneously, or a season later...."
So, start of season 61: league reform 100%
and
Training reform: start of season 61 or season 62 (50%-50%)

im coming in 137. season. We are still waiting to new training system.
It's the first time they used a precise phrase like "in season 61" and not a general phrase like "probabla next season".
This makes me feel a little bit more certain about their plan. :)

I wish ARCADE could have additional programs such as fixtures, match schedule, standings for special tournaments.
