Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
When u lost 80k users and other games like hatrix, top eleven, or football manager keep getting more and more users there is something wrong.. the junior system is broken big time.. fifa or pro evolution soccer may be different but juniors system is similar.. u guys may want to justify it.. but we are heading to 5k users
You may say you like the system cause it is benefiting u.. almost 15kk euros in sales.. i have a 16 level manager in the junior school and i have been pulling really bad juniors for 2 years.. only 1 good junior and another one
I like the way it is now.
People have different opinions, so it is not stupid but different.
I understand why you like it, but +/- 3 is too much. You can have a junior at your academy for a whole season and you are still clueless about his talent. I am not in favor of exact estimates, but academies with max investment should not miss the mark by more than 1 point.

You can have a brilliant / magical or even an unearthly youth coach (and in the future even divine!), and it's fine that those coaches having a hard time estimating players.
But after a certain point they should be accurate and also let you as a manager know that from that point on, his skills will be 100% accurate.
If, after 20 weeks, a coach cannot say how ''good or bad'' a player really is, then he ain't a good coach! And tbh...the random on the youth is good, but only up to a certain point.
I've had a youth player for 26 weeks in my youth school. He was estimated as 16, solid [8], 26 weeks when he came into my school.
Of course, I knew he was overestimated since he could only be max good.
But after 26 weeks he was estimated incredible and came out as an 18y old with 31 skill points, which resembles an excellent player...
I have a magical youth coach.
Things like this are not ok. Players give you an indication they could be the next Messi, but in the end the don't even got to the level of 1st team player in a 3th division team...
The coach should not be able to make a starting estimation when a player ''arrives'' within the team, but only AFTER 1 week...
And I have always supported the idea of gradually showing a youth player's skills with playing matches (to give the matches purpose) and to be able to let a player train on within the youth squad until he's turning 22.
Give youth players a certain amount of time to up their general level and let them evolve in individual skills after that period, making sure that for a brilliant youth player f.e., the player will have at least 1 brilliant skill when he reaches the end of the period and at least 2 brilliant skills when he turns 22. and when turning 22, his pace should always be the same as the general youth skill!
Give the manager the choice to pull the youngster if he wants to use him in his A-team, before the age of 22, but only after the general training period.
Having a brilliant 18y old player should result in a player at age 18, with 1 brilliant skill, evolving in individual skills, with the maximum of brilliant for all skills.
So at best, he has 4 brilliant skills at age 22, at worst 2.
But having unearthly players with this skill distribution:
adequate [6] stamina weak [4] keeper
poor [3] pace solid [8] defender
hopeless [1] technique excellent [10] playmaker
solid [8] passing solid [8] striker
This is wrong, always!

Analytics - allows you to effectively measure the progress of juniors and assess their level. This parameter will allow you to decide how carefully you want to track the progress of your juniors, where the basic level corresponds to the current rating system. The next levels will allow us to get closer to the previous system (the oldest users probably remember) which measured the progress of juniors with full accuracy. Of course, every next levels will increase the cost of maintaining a junior:
1. Basic level of junior evaluation
2. More effective measuring +1 jumps
3. More effective measuring +1 jumps
4. Suggested position for new juniors
5. Accurately measuring pops

Only cause they advertise. The two main reasons we lost user numbers is lack of advertise and how slow we were at making the game compatible with mobile.
The faster pace of game from next season, some basic tactic that works/possible to make tactic easier on Phone, advertising a lot, and numbers Will start grow.
Junior system isnt broken, People expectations to how often they get stars is.

Ok, i guess everybody love to wait 4-6 months for a start and all the sudden the distribution does not seem to be an issue.. in 2 years all I pull out is one good player.. 1!! Before the pandemic i had 3-4 every year..

lol
Hattrick went down from ONE MILLION users to around 200k, don't know the actual number. So it lost +/- 800 thousand users, no idea where you got the info that it keeps getting more users.
Top Eleven and Football Manager are a completely different type of games, these are not browser managers so there's no point in comparing them
Most browser managers either lost most of their users or went offline, it's a dying market

You are right.
I do even think this manager is way better than Hattrick ( for example) and with better promotion it will have a better flow in percentage.

Hattrick was first, better promoted and most of all - ridiculously EASY and simple. Plus got a huge influx of money after it was sold for the first time.
Sokker was more demanding, not promoted and had a high entry point. People were playing for months and still didn't understand how to create the tactic by moving the ball for example.

For opinions like your blockbuster went out of business. Top eleven may have an slightly different concept, but it is still an online game.. yes, sokker is better than hatrix or other games, but there are still thing that can be improve..
With all new implementations I am missing the idea of International Tournament , like Champions League tournament with one game every week!
New system with more teams in Local league is interesting for 14 countries (who have more than 100 users). For example Lithuania have 3-4 stronger teams, so extra 4 teams in A league will be food for cannons mostly. I am not against the new system, more matches is more fun and tactics, but additionally I would like to suggest to have normal Champions League tournament with group matches etc., this would change a lot! This "one minus" system is not fun.
