Difference between let's say 2 and 6 stamina has also a big influence for example. You just can't count 2 and 6 skillpoints. The two skillpoints on stamina have a totally different value than the 6 in the second case. The 6 stamina has also a different value compared to a 6 in PM or Tech or any other skill.

I don't see a problem too... what does everyone want? A junior with 32 skillpoints who was 15 weeks in youth and started as 7 has a fix talent? Too much predictability and probably too boring ... the system like this is OK. You have to test players, work with a margin of safety and a bit of risk... otherwise the toptalented players will always go to the same, rich teams.

How come these players are outstanding and excelent(the second one)?

I reffing to this post from above, and many times heard, stamina or keeper took great part of junior skills. Why stamina can go to excellent like other skills if can be trained to formidable. Or make stamina more influential in match engine, or lower outcome skill by junior players. So it make sense to train it.

Some people even declare it takes more points than the other...
But there is or was never any proof about that. Only speculation and hear say...

Yes, I heard it too... Stamina ist most underrated skill in match engine and at the same time most overrated skill in YS! Eitherway, it should be thought about first in training/youth reform.

I can relate that the development stays uncertain, but the outcome must be clear on the moment of promotion from youth school to A-team.
Having a player estimated outstanding while in reality he only is very good is just plain stupid. So the youth coach cannot make an accurate estimation when he takes the step to the A-team, but then the A-team coach instantly sees his skills perfect and with 100% accuracy... Who thinks about such a stupid behaviour?

If you would give that players to me to evaluate without knowing the result I would evaluate them indeed as outstanding and excellent.

Many times heard is not always true.

I think the best reaction to this all is just trying to evaluate and analyse the system and use it to your advantage. You can always propose improvements according to your opinion too. But that continuous whining from several users is a bit meh ... I would try to deal with it.

Let's see how you handle stupidity after 20 years straight... People getting tired of these pointless features.
You cannot use incorrect data to your advantage...

I had a player come out with a sum skill of 30 (0 in GK and stamina) rated Solid. I read before that 30 sum is considered excellent. Would this be considered coach error? Their progression was quite linear in 22 weeks.

some weaker teams can give him a chance in training if good (7) stamina consumes 2.31 whole skills only, 3 could go for example to technique and 0.69 to playmaker and 1 to defender. With shorter Season and some serious mistakes in Trainer evaluation (even magical coach) can not be so bad idea to implement something in this direction. On aside constant whining of some users. ;)

Hey what about that fan mood drop. Previous season i surpassed my fans expectations, this season i’m surpassing them again. My mood dropped to satisfied end of previous season, hasn’t changed since. This is rubish…

Devs your changes are like you’re asking for advice on freecodecamp forum and implement them without knowing if it will work and how to fix it when the implemented lines if code don’t work.

I went through the pain (again) of watching a whole junior league match, and I only think about the idea someone gave here about letting play the young players u21 already on the main squad on these games with a little training gain (maybe less than a whole friendly)... That way you would increase the number managers interested on playing to win cup and junior leagues, and you would also rate better the unknown skills of players still on the junior team.

I know devs don't really like to have beast players, but they are doing really well slowing the main training, and maybe the competition would spark some interest on those horrible junior league matches.
