In order to have many more evaluable players in the market, training should be given to young players aged 16-21, even if they are not playing in the matches.
The development of 16-21 year olds should be as fast as if they had played the match for 90 minutes a week.
There is a need to create a mass of players that can be sold to young people because there are hardly any marketable players in the market.

just interesting. a question to nowhere: does new sheet makers (designers) expect to fix this design soon?
every log in on sokker is like do step in deep, ugly see of designers excrements. If it was brown, it'd complete the image, but.
no changes for 10+ years - that was ok. since it was at lest usable and not like it came from the deep inspiration of a designer. but your just killing the game by this!

However... I don't know from where you suddenly come, but we're a year past their debut entree and 1000's of posts have been shared, discussed and proposed...
You can dislike the current design.... No problem, but screaming murder and fire out of the blue doesn't seem appropriate here.

My stadium has the same name Escudo FC Arena, yet.
I wanna change it for Carlos Dittborn.

The training needs to be changed. Only one skill was trained is waste of young talent.
You have to do something with the coaching market, in the lottery you have to be very lucky to get a good coach and spend a lot of money !!
There must be categories of coaches with fixed prices so that one can buy ...... this is done in many manager games online

I would recommend "pulling" coaches without setting any skills in the "wanted skills" slots... just empty! After 5..6.. 10... tries you will get something decent! Depending on what you are looking for, it may take more tries but, still, I think it's worth it.
... just my way of doing it!

What is the new training idea? It would be good if the gk training is not limited to 2 players..
If you want to make the game more realistic and close to reality you have to make coaching categories at the corresponding cost.
It is very unfair to spend money that you made with effort, and in the end to throw it in the trash, if you can not get a good coach.

And last but not least, the headline made you read this article about young players coming out of a football academy.
The good players that come out are very few, and most of the players are useless! this is a very big problem in developing a team, building a stadium and going up national categories.

Hattrick has 10 times more users than sokker, it is 10 times less realistic than sokker and it costs 10 times more for "platinum account" ,a year, than sokker! Would anyone here pay 200 € a year for PLUS? I wouldn't, but I also don't complain all day long! If you have any Ideas... elaborate! Create a thread! But stop whining, in the name of Jesus "The savior" Christ !
