Still that formula is not correct. The correct one which is used now looks even better, trust me.
I can confirm with one transfer made today, at 9.20pm sokker time, when i sold a player that i bought 5 weeks and 6 days ago, and I paid 24% taxes.
Or maybe I was lucky, cause the pressroom noification was at 10.10 pm sokker time? :D

First of all - the tax is suspended for now, it is 10% again.
Hopefully they will give back that overpaid tax.
Than we will get new - correct info about new tax with new date of publishing.
You can already see in players page when listing a player new red notification about tax % value.

I know you are plugged in, and I appreciate you sharing information that we don't actually get otherwise.
May I suggest when they finally decide to do this again, they don't implement it for a few days so folks who have existing auctions don't get hosed.

Yup it should be obvious that news comes atleast 48 hours before update.
that would be pretty cool, but honestly if the screen tells you when you begin to list him, it's kinda not needed. See an example of a backup player of mine below:

They only get 200k, and their only way to survive is train and sell as fast as possible. This new tax system will definitely destroy their chances to get money to progress in the game.
In addition, the game for new users has low impact in their interest because starting in Sokker is really difficult and they may get dizzy reading all this stuff.
I think best option is to give them "tasks to complete" and get some money (ie: 5-10k) so they can improve faster and get better money to their accounts. I know this sounds crazy, maybe unsense and can promove cheating but it's a good way to keep new users playing and avoid quit the game.

Newcomers should be exempted from these taxes for the first two seasons, otherwise it would be quite a limitation for them.

I don't know, I'd argue day traders make more money over shorter period of time. Especially with 16 and 17 year olds.
