Drops should be from 30 years and so.

I agree with you. Also increasing "formation training" amount could help this way.

Drops should logically only be for Pace and Stamina, though as I said recently, bringing logic into a game isn't always a good idea.
Maybe injuries after 29 should cause other skill drops.

Another thing that has to be improved is the mechanics of the game, and how chances are converted into goals. These are two of my last three games (and I could pick a few more of this kind):

How can a striker with divine in attacking and superdivine form miss 15 chances alone and a divine keeper concede 3 goals with 3 shots? Hard to keep the motivation up...

When will they return it? Does anyone on staff have information about this?
