I have offered you the hint which helps you to post direct link. I will re-post it :

Lord Legolas should update the first post in this topic, for me it was not clear what direct link means. Admins should have in mind that some of the users are nt coaches for the first time (not my case) and don t read 100 pages to understand the procedure.
