No chance for him unfortunately. I can manually delete the user, but when a new team replaces the old one the player will be lost, he has never played a game for the NT.

That's easy to reverse...

As the coach of Colombia, he can select him for the U21...
Once he's in the selection, he can be saved.

Wrong, this is possible only if he is already selected into the NT and has played at least once for the U21 team. As bankrupted team I can't access the account and as a deleted account only when the new team takes the position of the old team it can release the player on the transfer market. But the condition is to have played at least one game.

I deleted the bankrupted user. When a new team will replace this team that does not have a user then Hugo Andrés Valero [37695579] will go automatically on the transfer list.

This can take months and player will not be trained until then. Do you think that makes sense?

It does not make sense. As an admin this is the only tool which I have available. Believe it or not, I don't posses all the magic buttons. Maybe devs do.
