Subject: Save NT prospects from bot team
No need to excuse about language - it's ok! :)
My 5 cents about Nigeria U21 and players:
- Focus on players till age 19 or ask Lord Legolas to decide, if the players are worth to be saved. I think he has a lot of experience... I would trust his opinion.
(e.g. If he sees a player in age of 20 with all skills lower than 7, then he knows, that nobody would train such a player...)

well... it's complicated to explain, but more than 50% of the players I have listed were not so valuable.
e.g. if you ask me to save a 20 yo player with 1, 2, or 3 skills with less than adequate-good, no one will buy him, because he is worthless.
Happened several times when I have listed a player for the second time. A player with value 50 000 $ will not be sold.
Another problem is that coaches are asking to save mediocre players just because they don't know their skills, or asking to save old players which can't be trained anymore, and that is a waste of time.

a rare case bought for a few pennies, might catch a few matches at U21 if you insist. i overlooked backward for some weak players, some of them were in NT team, after a while they disappeared from it, maybe not trained anymore, or even fired.
You have right - but as I add to my previuos post, sometime there are crazy users. You never know.
did Wiki asked for help? :) because I don't see you training him with that defence skill.
yes, I will train him DEF skill, maybe 1-2 pop ups in that skill will help to find another coach for him.

and yes, I'm doing it for Wiki, the same thing as I train Dunne (Irish U21) because of Germanek (coach of Ireland U21). Dunne was also a player from BOT team, so as You see, You and me are working with shitty players. You bring them back to life, I give them a chance do develop :)

Thank you Lord Legolas, That's what I was asking about.
I agree it is hard to find users who would train those weak players, but at least we can give them a chance... that's a way also to bring money out of the game. Regardless, I think U21 could be a little bit different since there is always the hope to have a talented youngster hidden in a bot team.
As I said, I have used my database in order to define the top percentiles based on value (there is a GK bias there, but yeah), so, I asked for the ones with higher value... just 2 of them were not saved. It's ok, I just wanted to know why and you explained it.

For denmark and scotland i do this: weak players i train and show talent, and sell with graphs.. it will give serious trainers to them....
