Hi Lord Legolas! I have few questions:

1. A player in a bot team without ever have user assigned is not savable, right?
2. What do you mean by small value? It is hard to know without any further explanation which value is low for you, and it will depend on many other things (for instance age, position and country).

I understand this could be a pointless task and a pain in the ass for you, and also I would say looking for good players among many crappy ones is not fun either. So, I think it would help if we have a clear criteria to define whether a player could be put on transfer list or not.

Knowing the skills is also a good point, but there is not tool in-game to do that and using external tools is useful only for players who recently have been on the market... every other players are a guess.

1. not exactly. if he's valuable, then he must be saved.
2. if you ask to save a player with e.g. 50 000 $ at 19 yo, then yes, I believe he's not worthy to be saved. as a coach, you should be able to make the difference between a promising player and a useless player.
