I think it's more because you don't know when their skills start dropping, and if your country has gone backwards (which most have due to losing numbers and therefore youth schools), the older players tend to have a higher Max skill than what the new ones ever will.
Training up skills and losing skills are both just as important.

I dont get it. Jens Øwre already 17+ form. two other 8 and 11. Owre 17+ team work, if he is for sale he will lose this.

I dont know how you plan this, if all bot squad will be for sale or just individual player you select from squad, based upon our request. But if is this 2nd please check full squad if there are more good players, for example team in Samuel Melamed is contains atleast 7 more players different nationalities.

maybe its a really good 28 years old player, and his form is going down because of lack of games...i don`t see the point of 32+ to be revived, but for small NT, they could still be important..
I think this is the great thing we are learning from the topic, just how Important old players can be for small nations, even if they are losing a couple skills, and the variety out there.
