You could change the rules. Then when a team becomes bot, put on TL the NT players. That should work.... everybody wins

Is it so difficult to fix this? Checking and moving one by one NT players is it really quicker than fixing definitely the problem ?

I think all the work in saving these players, from the entire leadership team, deserves a huge round of applause.
