Sometimes managers create teams but don't log in after being approved.

I'm not sure how this stops players from being listed, but for some reason in the coding, it seems that these players are unable to be listed (I have had this a number of times with Australia, and it's always this kind of team it occurs with).

A mod/admin may have a better explanation as to the reason this occurs though
