is about how you was on group stage... 1st and 2nd place, basically if semifinals be 2 teams that finish 1st and 2 teams that finish 2nd, basically you just will face the other guy that finish in 1st on group stage in the final... if be more people that finish 1st than people that finish 2nd, then will be order of who be better on group stage then other.

according to blackx is ranking... but i remember that finish in 1st/2nd on group stage matters also... well, this do not matters also

I think, that your system is valid only for eightfinals, but not sure.
