I will address it to the devs when the time is right. Right now they have other priorities and we all know this part of the game has low priority, for now.
Let's be patient and hopefull they will make the NT a proper in-game feature which it deserves to be, when their lay-out and code are complete...

The devs have no attention to the CTs who in any case provide a service to the various communities with their work!
The fact of not being able to see the skills of the players is an insuperable limit now, then, that it doesn't work anymore SKUNk has become a drama! :(
I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible by the devs!

Well there was discussion and they promise incorporated improved tool for NT but that's not priority now.
So fingers crossed and we need to be patient.
