I know... many don't believe this method. Still...it is as accurate as any other assumption. But not a single one has been proven to be 100% accurate.
@tsolias.... math can be done with unknown values, but the outcome will still be an unknown value. And the reason you can never know is because you will never be 100% sure about the exact value a skill has since you never knew the exact begin value...

the problem is that with your method, the NT bonus has no interest, and in addition the clubs are suffering injuries.
And considering the benefits, you lie to all the updates of the players especially not that he plays since there was nothing to gain there.
That does not make any sense.

Whereas if the bonus is 50% more, then if you have 2 NT players, playing 45 minutes you can train 11 players instead of 10.
A "bonus", your formula is a "penalty" for all clubs because of injuries.

Maybe you're right .. but it doesn't make any sense frankly for the game, and the DEV should put it as a rule, it's the basis of the game anyway.
