It depends so much on nationality and talent... I can't say it's robbed if this player has huge talent and maybe will become the best player from Slovensko.

+ Some people almost don't even spend time on TL anymore, so its hard to get a bargain. Imagine if you have 155 000 000 $ for absolutely nothing, you can't bother if you pay too much for some players.

But I actually think its robbed, because this players is from Europe :p.
