But otherwise as camus Said wing.. Even 25 wing sum is low for the age, with good talent he can be good for new club...

Since you have a whole new bunch of trainees you need to choose between long term training or short term... you cant really get coaches for long term yet nor talents that will be really good, and most efficient money machine for you is focus on 16-18 yo trainees and sell them at age 20-22.. also focus on training 2-3 skills of which your head coach have 16 in... training in skills with head coach with less then 16 in the skill you train is very bad, cause the talent graphs you can make of your players training progress (which is essentiel for price) will be worse... also you have to have plus or update a help program regularly...My best advice for program is sokker asistente by terrion (just search forum by author terrion and you find it, has app for smartphone)...

I haven't run him through our database so I don't know where he stands, but I generally go by the idea that most players under 18 can be something if they're trained properly.

I have to say that I don't see the logic in having 19 players of a trainable age.

He's got 19 players 23 or under.
