for me the red flag is that he sell him too soon for that young age and after he pays 5+ mil.. he make small profit on him even with graph of talent
Wouldn’t that depend on the main coach passing skill? Maybe he is not unearthly
Old user, has money, trains mids as well so probably has coach with unearthly passing
I believe his talent is about 3.58 - 3.65 (which for me means he is getting ~83-85% of the training the max talent player gets)
His first training is missing from the screenshot. It looks like it was a pace training, so he needed 3 to get to solid pace after youth school. Which makes the next 2+2gt pop not so great.

Like you said tech is maybe best option to train. :) in lower league he will be good next few seasons
+2 striker and +1 tech will give more profit, but will take around two seasons if No subskill
