Robbed maybe 500k....he will need to get 3 seasons of sideskills to get to a good level..
Good defender , but for 7M, you can get an already trained 2xdivine with 12 sideskills at 27.

in my position 500k is very important :D

You can use for example 16 (France) or 17 (Spain). Or just select any country from a list that have euro set as in game currency :)

i saw now similar player that a little bit better than mine (18 def 15 pace but better in secondaries) that sold for double price!!!

That completely depends on your tactics and position in defensive line, very generalized assumption. To me even on top tier League in Estonia i would rather go with a 18 DEF and 15 pace over 17pace and 16 def

i wasn´t saying that is better in a match, i was saying it should be more expensive cause pace is the slowest skill

But it Drops the fastest too. So 18 pace could become 16 pace within half a season, where as 18 defence Will stay that way much Longer.
The market is only as high as another manager wants to pay for a player. The skills don't change that
