From 9(very good) to 10(excellent) only with 3 advanced trainings(96%-99%-99%) and from 10(excellent) to 11(formidable) with 3 advanced trainings(99%-99%-99%) again pace pop-up.
Leaving aside the striking top dollar prices some of you get consistently, essentially, you have a tool that the rest of us don't have.
It's not really fair that a "3.5" talent for me may be [3.2 or 3.3] talent for you or whatever it is.
