In ideal world scenario, Your player would look like this:

Then for sure You will get those 12M Euro, since there will be still 2 seasons of GT, so it may get into 2x18 without training it in advanced (pace/def order). Sadly, You've got him into 2x18 world before 28y and basically wasted close to season of training.

I never implied you to be stupid. Just that you don't see how odd it is that you refuse to put your player for sale because people estimate him 10M max and you think he's worth more, but then a 3y older player with better sideskills is worth less than 3M? 3 years is a lot, yes, but still, so is 7M.
Thing is, you should've seen this as a bargain, when you compare this player with your own.
But because of your estimation about this player, right after you said yours should be estimated 12M, that is 9M more than this guy...
You can't be serious when you believe that a player loses 3M value by the year, correct? That's the only reason why I said what I said. I have zero problem with you or anything you say. This was just too far off, that's all.
