I'll go with normal in general and B for Din0 as he is czech.

I bought similar/a bit better (16/17/18 with same sideskills, higher wage) 22y at the end of season some weeks ago for 20m so doesnt seem like they are going for 17m indeed.

Whatever some others try to tell you: This was a very, really very good price for a very good player. Still young and trainable with some good subs and a nice defender-skill by the way. Worth every penny and you wont lose any money if you sell him in a couple years. Quite the opposite.

22y is maybe not so, but 23y old is.

Yes i was very unlucky short time ago,but 2 million euro less and 23y instead of 24y.

So in my opinion the 24y old is big robbery.
But as i said earlier, i would have paid for my own country also.
