Let the NT coach see all players - with exception of the players in his own league...
But I simply cannot see any NT coach apply for the job, simply to ''cheat'' by ''spying'' other players which might be opponents for him...
Then explain...WHY do so much managers solicitate with foreign countries?
To cheat, cause a manager in his league might have an NT player from that country? Come on..!
Maybe I should become DEV... Then I can see all players at all times...
Or I could become a hacker... and hack a team to ''spy'' on the players :-p

You must show the players' skills to the NT or eliminate the NT and the problem is over, but representing a country playing blind is the biggest mistake that exists in sokker since its inception.
Those who cry are others who feel violated just because one or another player on their team is known (the one who is afraid that he will buy a dog to defend him)

DEVs should solve this in a very simple way and finish with this issue, open an official survey for a certain time and establish the result. It is not a lot of work to simply leave the skills as visible recently or leave as is now, without the need to do any other work.

Dont be mad mate ;) imo "button/option" when owner can agree to show skills is correct way, but firstly DEVs nned to finish league and training changes - You must be patient and perhaps they do something with NTs ;)
Beduin poll talks more than enough that users care for NT we know devs do not care but maybe some day they will realize that they did huge mistake. I doubt you will ever understand why people stay in this game more than 10 years with one purpose to train and build nt players.
