i just disagree with xineon about don't give extra training, but the thing is simple, is make players in NT matches do not injury because if he injury will makes the owner of the player loses 2-3 weeks without could using him.

Why? The way it is just hurts everyone who focuses on training players ang gives more than 90mins for trainees.
Make NTs a seperate competition like it already is, but dont penalize managers who train the players for it.

Yes, I can call some player but I must know what skills he have, right? When I ask his manager and he not respond then what?!
It simply depends on what the consequences are for using an NT player. If the consequences only bring advantages, then every manager will want his player to play in the NT as well. Then there will be no more discussion about whether skills should not be displayed or not.
I am very much in favor of either players only being able to hurt themselves like in Arcade. So the injury during a NT match will remain without consequences for the club. In return the player gets more experience.
Or: The player's salary will be taken over, if the player is really injured in a NT game and this 100%. But for such things you have to take your time and check several options.

This is a game should bring joy and we should not compare to RL. So that been said there should be a way player injuried in NT game to be able to play Sunday for his club and let's say injury applies only for next NT game and not for a club. Or no injuries even better but I know that will bring lots response.

that's why we try to make communities repatriate or make the player still playing in his local country, to avoid these idiots... but the main problem is what myself, slamtam and xineon talk.... injuries, take off this and is problem solved, no need to discussion to be honest...

As NT's coach of a young but poor national team, I find it difficult to know the characteristics of the (very few) players who could help NT Algeria's growth. A lot of users (including Italians ...) read the skmails I send every week but they don't reply. It is really depressing to use players blindly, without knowing the real characteristics, while your opponents have more choices and are perhaps luckier with the cooperation of NT users. I find nothing wrong with knowing the skills of the players. I personally would be proud to lend a player of mine to the NT of his country.

I find nothing wrong with knowing the skills of the players. I personally would be proud to lend a player of mine to the NT of his country.

Then you accept that and either try to deal with the information you have about such a player (those information has everybody else too...but ability to understand them is probably highly recommended) or you only use players from owners being cooperative. Last one is much easier to handle in the U21 as you have a bigger pool of players that might be useful.

Sharing the player's skills with the NT Coach is a MUST, non-optional, should have been introduced since the very beginning, feature! End of story!
BUT, the manager should have the option TO REFUSE sending his player to the NT, thus his skill will remain a secret!
BUT AGAIN, if you decide to refuse YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A FINE, just like YOU WILL BE REWARDED, if you alow the player to go!
Example:
If you decide to REFUSE that the player goes to the NT you will pay a ONE TIME FINE per SEASON of 10 TIMES HIS SALARY (50.000 x10 = 500.000). For each player!
If you decide to ACCEPT that the player goes to the NT you will receive an award of 2 TIMES HIS SALARY (50.000 x 2 = 100.000) For each player, FOR EACH WEEK THAT HE IS A MEMBER OF THE NT! Even if he doesn't play AT ALL!
Just an example!

What must never happen is that an owner becomes able to refuse his player from playing in the NT.

ABSOLUTELY AGREE to show the skills to NT coaches, as first opinion.
Anyway I respect who's worried that somebody could use this feature for non-NT purposes. The solution could be to implement a mechanism to limit a NT coach to see the skills.
For instance, we can keep from reality... NT coaches could see an update of the skills of the players that plays at leat 45 minutes in a NT match. As a NT coach, I couldn't waste a slot to discover useless players for NT and a weak player selection is visible to the whole sokker crowd.
This is an example, the idea is to tune the amount of player that a NT coach could see. The solution exists, just the wish to find it out and tune it is missing.

Real world football is great about this feature, that all legendary players are going and playing for NT even in absurd matches. I respect this so much.
Last year Cristiano Ronaldo came to play to Lithuania. He played in our field of potatoes... he socred 4 goals, all Lithuanian fans were just clapping for him, that was fun :D
He could have just said that he won't go, because of risk of injury and Portugal would have still won that match, but this is the beauty of Football.
Online manager can't become worse than real life football. Don't become a basketball! :D
Also, there should be some more bonus implemented for playing for NT mostly for older players. I think would be interesting idea, that the more you play for NT, the better players form is (or in other words - it is harder for a plyaer to get bad form). This would be the huge bonus for users, whos old player is risking injuries in NT matches.
