Just make 80% have 9-14 form, 10% above, 5% under... under and above will only be for periods of half or one season at a time... with all players in somewhat decent form the gaming experience and matches would be much better. The players will not make so many mistakes cause terrible form or other players unstoppable for season after season in both cases.... right now the two extremes is the trend and the medium is rare... it should be other way, and not Even cause its more similar to real life, but because it would enhance gaming experience and make matches more watch able
with what you are proposing you would actually have worse forms than you have now :P

Yours have 16 % in low. I propose 5%. Your middle has 48%, I propose 80%... your top has 36%, I propose 15% (i only had 95% noted in first brainstorm)
The point is there shouldnt be so big differences and that players dont stay in shit (or top) form forever... it would mean those in middle would fluctate up and down only for like 6-9 weeks, sometimes with of course less chance it could last 10+, but mega less then now

yeah, I understand that, but in your system the overall team form would be lower, which would lead to worse match experience, especially in NTs
overall yeah, I guess it would be more realistic to have more closer to medium level of form and less outliers down/up

thanks all, then i all should do now is arrange the order for my players..

so i put 5 MID order and 5 DEF order , but i do it randomly, because someone in my country said it will not have any effect, (the players perform is based on each position at each zone).. but it seem it is give effect (as you all said it is related to whether they tackle pass or drihble)..
then if i don't have any player with ATT order , then probabbly less shoot?

Don’t listen to those people. Only thing that matters is minutes played with correct order.

Yeah, strikers with MID orders will shoots less / pass more, with DEF order will shoot even less and pass even more

just to make it clear...if my player, today, is 8 days injured, he will not gain a training tomorrow ?
P.S. I also have one as 7 days injured with a red cross...he is not on the advanced slot, so I dont care much, but he also doesn´t get shit ?
Or of course no injury at all if people want to nittpick
