regarding training..
players get training depend on minutes match they played (which is make senses)
and if they got injured they will not receive any training (which is awful).
we can setup minutes of play but how we avoid injured(using normal tactic)?
i.e already played for 90 minutes at sunday, then 89 minutes at wednesday, suddenly injured at minutes 90.. then their 179 minutes gone with the wind.
adding salt to the wound they iniured for 21 days then whole month will not receive training.
as it game based, really it will not return any percentage of training?
they should be acumulate training points from previous match(sunday) and just unlucky injured in last minute.

- Probability of injury is higher on pitches with weak condition and lower on good or better conditioned pitches (better than 50%)
Solution: Get Angel grass

- Added possibility of injury while dribbling, but, in exchange, lowered probability of other injuries
Solution: Create tactics with direct passes (no dribbling, no ball carrying) After my tests, this reduces the probability of injury to 1/3

It's also very logical, because when you get Angel grass you can basically forget about the pitch quality. One-time payment and it's done forever.
too early 10 seasons for me to have angel grass,
if we lay new grass is there any different maintenance fee afterward.

after 9 months you should have enough money not to notice such expenses...
why do you have 0 transfers? this game is based on transfers and training, that's what you have to concentrate on especially in first years
you should be buying 16-17yo players, training them for 1-2 seasons and making profit on selling them
