I would assume it's proportionally to amount of minutes played. So playing 2 matches 45 min each will raise effectiveness level the same as 1 match 90 minutes.
Can someone help me renew the plus?
It expires tomorrow but doesn't let me get it again. I think I changed credit card or something and I can't find how to "continue" and it expires tomorrow.
It says "User has already subscribed group plus-subscription" when I try to make payment.
Thanks all

Does it mean something when player gets 40 rating in junior game on specific position?
Is it related to current skills, or just overall performance?

In previous matches, his rating has been around 30. It doesn't mean anything. Rating 40 is occasional. But LowPing say, his PM must be high.
You are saying high PM because he played MID order? Or is this fact true for any position?
High PM players have strangely high notes. True for any position.
Great! Thanks LowPing and zar1607!
The best possible option for talented player is to be playmaker - hopefully he has decent side skills. ;)

why? imo in fact is the opposite... playmaker and passing are the fastest trained skills
If I had 30 skills to distribute for a MID youth, my dream one would look like this:
0 stamina 0 goalkeeper
10 pace 10 defender
10 technique 0 playmaker
0 passing 0 striker

My point was: it is difficult to make NT midfielder with talent 3.8-4.5 without perfect skill distribution.
If he comes out as 17y/w11/3.2talent/brilliant, have good chance to be nice player.

I have a player with divine pace who won’t hit superdivine before the skill regression starts at 28. Are extra pace trainings worth it or with random skill drops it would those trainings be wasted?
I had a player, which at 27, had at least 10 advanced trainings in pace, and was hoping to get him to 18, but when he turned 28, and had +12 pace he dropped to 16 pace, although i was still training him in pace with advanced training. So i stopped training him. He was a very talented player until 25.

It's not wasted, for example
If he gets to 17.80 and drops 0.5 of the skill he will be at 17.30, so still [17]
If he gets to 17.40 and drops 0.5 of the skill he will be at 16.90, drop to [16]
Of course drops are random, so he might drop to 16 anyway, but with higher subskill there will be a lower chance of that happening, as he would need to get random drops in more weeks.
