2 supporters leaving is the same as 0 or +2... It means you are at the Ceiling for your League.,. If they are from -4 to +4 its like this, and you should just read it as 0. If you gained or lost supporters the numbers would be higher....

But Yes, the new mood system is fucked as hell..... It will mean that every League over time will get lower and lower supporters, because in overall the mood will be lower because the expectations is hard to succeed, that means more teams will loose supporters and thereby creating new lower ceilings for the League so those in top will eventually also lose supporters, also creating new lower ceilings etc etc, simply because expectations is too hard to please ....

SO why is it 79% and not 100? cause after 17 wins in official games i did 1-1 against 2nd place? its redicilous
expectations is too hard but i still did it and this sadly system still working without any sense

The fan mood system does exactly what it's designed to do. Stop big clubs growing continuously and reduce sponsorship income. Users keep judging it on real world logic of "I'm winning so why are they unhappy" when in reality it's a simple matter of your club having a ceiling.

For example
Your league ceiling is 2400 supporters

You have 2400 supporters

It doesn't matter if you win 20-0 every week (or whatever is needed for 100% satisfaction), you're not getting above 2400. Infact you'll likely find that winning 19-0 every week (or 99% satisfaction) will see you drop supporters.

Max Supporter Ceiling /Percentage of fan mood = Supporter Numbers

It's gravity and it's necessary because endless financial growth is what screwed up this games economy.

it is a pretty simple calculation:

fullfillment of expectations is graded in 5 steps:
great success (100%
above expectations (70%)
target achieved (50%)
below expectations (30%)
big failure (0%)

there is nothing in between, so you are at 70%. Actually, you should be at 50%, because that is what you achieved: You've reached the target.
