I recently asked devs/owners why we even wait for plus or why we wait so long, but didnt get any answers
so I doubt it will be added just like that *snapping fingers*

can anyone confirm that when training a defender DEF with pace, it's the head coach's pace skill and not his defender skill that matters? I've had quite a few defenders not pop in pace for a season and it's starting to be a bit sus.

yes, if you train PACE it's the coach PACE skill, if you train striker it's striker etc.

And player needs to be in advanced training to fully utilize training sessions
