people would say some stuffs are not needed but I try:

1. make sure he plays in the same order of "training"
2. Use him 90-120 min in official matches / week
3. Dont use him in 2 different orders per week

wait 3/4 weeks and you might see some change in form

If nothing change then pray to sk good and youm might need to pray to sk god and make a sacrifice for him/hey/they/them

+try to use him with proper order

for example use striker with ATT, winger with MID etc. and keep it without changing

players often lose form when they change order for training

Norbert Dyrcz [38576935]

this one often changes from ATT to MID or DEF and is out of form most of the time, usually when he start regular ATT playing for 4+ weeks the form starts to improve

Maurycy Uchyła [38826859]

same story with this guy, ATT, MID, DEF changing all time

i tried all and nothing happen.

I have talked about this issue several times and I don't think there is a single person on the forum who can answer it for sure. It's all speculation.
I have tried everything you said and still a player is stuck on Form 0. I have a striker who plays regularly both in the team and in the national team and doesn't change position and he was on Form 0 for 2 seasons. Suddenly, not long ago, he started to rise and rise for no reason.
In addition, I have players who don't play at all or very few minutes, and change positions because of the training program, who are always on very high form.

Either it's something completely random, or no one knows how it really works.
And the truth is that it's sad, because form is something that should be good as long as a player plays, and a player who is injured or without playing minutes - should decrease.
So simple and so logical that I don't know how it's not done this way.

Why is there question sign on last game - like junior league match is in progress?
2025-09-17 17:23:39
When match is live there is question mark

But if you ask me its fuckd to have it there, cause so often i see outcome by mistake and then the fun of watching the match is ruined

Mine in last 104 weeks was 103 on mid order.. only 1 on att. So its not the big deal i guess
2025-09-17 17:33:23
We don't have any matches ongoing right now.

"Mine in last 104 weeks was 103 on mid order"

which one...?
from what I see you have 2 ATT, Joksimović and Bjelosevic and they both play as ATT in every game

reserve Salvador also plays with ATT

Pavle Kostić [38893619]

he is winger and i train him with almost every week in mid order..

So in a way...for players to be needing training within one order, you say that forming central middielders Will always give bad form die to them training on both mid and def order?

That would be a very cruel way for the devs / owners to prevent powerful players...
Combine that with the exclusitivity for each of the positional skills and you can never form decent players.
Ridiculous if that would be true.

So what's your point...?

I never said that playing with correct order = always top form, if it worked like this almost everyone would have a top form

I said that changing playing order (for example for ATT to MID) can mess up a good form

You can try impacting the form by for example using Kostić in every game for 90 for a couple of weeks or just using him once a week for 90 for a couple of weeks. Or try changing his order, maybe that will impact his low form.

IMO form works in trends, goes to top or goes to bottom, if it reaches either it can get "stuck" and then you need to impact it somehow to make it move (in case its stuck on bottom)

Thing is that the game should be altered so you can learn what to do to get one's form back up... Not by guessing and trying out out of the blue

I don't think it was intended and I can't guarantee you it 100% works like that, these are just my observations while coaching Germany and Poland in last 6 seasons. You have an ATT in top form for a long time, suddenly he starts playing with MID order for training, boom - no form. You have an ATT who played with DEF/MID and had bad form, started playing with ATT regularly, boom - rises in form suddenly.

Some players change orders and it doesn't impact them, in some cases it impacts the form - same with injuries, same with number / lack of minutes played etc.

I had some players that never had form, they received extra playing time in NT and their form blossomed suddenly.
Some players had high form, as soon as they got that extra NT playing time, their form went terribly down.
On others though neither worked, so it's not a 100% fix. Worth trying, but no guarantee, might've been a lucky number of accidents.

I don't think it's THAT complicated, the game is simple, they wouldn't take those things into consideration. What I believe is that from is improving or degrading as a general trend and due to some issues can get stuck near 0 and 18. So when it's near 0 you need to change something to impact the trend to change, while when it's near 18 you need to keep things as they are so the trend sticks.

There IS another possibility: since Sokker was a copy of Hattrick in many aspects, it could be reasonable that they copied the form's formula, which was public in Hattrick. That would explain why it behaves exactly the same way as Hattrick's form (at least 20 years ago)

Can you elaborate? I have no idea how hattrick form works :)
