buying good, talented 16-18yo players for price under normal value and then training them for 1-3 seasons

A player never ''loses'' talent, regardless of the coach level!
What he loses is potential...
But if a player has 3.1 talent, he always will have 3.1 talent. The coach will just take less % advantage of it...

Is this player Gerardo Salinas receiving training this week in his current team? He is actively playing, but in a bot team.

I just bought him, but am not sure of bringing him in to the team yet for training purposes.

Lets see from 2 to 3 passing now....8 gt is equivalent of 1 normal training..
Too early to judge , but if he needs 1 week to 3 passing , it's a great talent..

In SA 112 points for 2 pass is equivalent of 4 talent. But depending on the sublevels before and after, it could be between 3.5-4.5.
