Wasn't 100% ability at level 12?

I read it here somewhere.
2025-10-09 02:35:35
It seems like no one really knows how it works :)
2025-10-09 02:56:04
Yeah, the guy that is posting a lot of formulas said that 12 form is the skill we see in the player... but i guess that is not 100% checked from devs

My understanding is that max form = skills of player.
Tragic form = around -2 from his skill
Anything between works linear

i had 3 juniors
Jose Felix Vieira 17 3 (pobre) outfield
Jholvis Palomares 18 3 (pobre)
Ramiro Cepeda 18 6 (aceptable)

after training today

Juveniles Edad Nivel de habilidad Posición
Jose Felix Vieira 17 pobre [3] Jugador
Jholvis Palomares 18 trágico [0] Jugador
Ramiro Cepeda 18 débil [4] Jugador
they drop 2-3 levels

Yeah. Juniors can drop and jump totally random. I saw jump and drop for 4 skills.. weeks in a row
2025-10-09 11:24:08
what is the logic here?
2025-10-09 11:30:18
if you are into logic, this game is going to surprise you a lot ... and often :D
2025-10-09 11:30:36
they don't drop, but the coaches estimation changes and can be higher or lower than the real level of the junior
2025-10-09 11:56:28
so my juniors were bad and my coach worse lol, i changed the coach, so that make sense
2025-10-09 11:57:45
about logic, i now the game engine have its moments, but usually there is a logic on how it should work
2025-10-09 12:42:40
You guys just made me more confused haha

Where is the article that say 12 is the skills we see? Someone know?

Every player in the youth school you dont know their real level for sure, only the coach estimate, which can be -2 to +2 from the real level. Because of that maximum difference, a program like sokker assistente has a somewhat accurate measurent of level and talent after they have been there some weeks. When a player graduates from juniorschool, dividing by 3.1 can give you close to his exit level (some differences if high stamina or high certain skills, ask mikoos or the_ripper if they got time to elaborate)

So you work in kinda blind on real level and talent in their first time during youth school, but try sokker assistente and remember to update it each Thursday

Also if You can join youth league. More minutes youth player plays, more accurately coach will judge it skill. Without matches coach estimate may fluctuate a lot.

Also one question, what is Your Youth coach level? Rule of thumb is that general level should be 14 to be accurate

What's the advice on Assistants?

It's always been the established knowledge that you go with 3, but I can't see anything on the coaching page that suggests that. I've currently got 4 and I'm trying to work out who to sack but it's worth asking, why sack anyone?

It written in rules (in 6. Training):
However, do not hire too many assistants. If you hire more than 3, they will argue, resulting in training being less effective, or even lost.
