If super divine skill is max skill, then super divine form with super divine skill is 100%. At least unless there's Sokker logic that 100% is not the maximum... But imo players in Tragic form lose more than 2 skill Points. I see players in excellent form with magical pace run Faster than super divine pace players in Tragic form.
Another explanation could be that Tragic form reduces reaction and decisions making which tend to show slower paced players due to their incompetence to read the game in full speed and act accordingly.
It's all speculation... I don't see how Anyone could have the exact answer to that while nobody understands how the ME really works.

Form affects pace more than affects other skills...it might be 2 skill points for passing or defending , but for pace , it's more like 4-5 points difference between tragic and divine form...

I don't believe that. A super divine defender in tragic form often makes faults or misses his tackles.
But also the frequency of his tackles is diminished. So in that optic I think my theory on reaction and decision making might not be that far off...

The worst is to have is striker in bad form.... He will not be able to score

The worst is a 5 tiime divine central midfielder in chronical tragic form
Not only does he play like shyou know, but he also loses like 50% of his market value and it makes training players to the ultimate a waste of time.
He won't be able to steal a ball, play a decent through ball or even control a ball. Let alone, those guys give awesome counter passes to the opponents strikers!

Are you sure you have an youth coach assigned. Cause if not they all are evaluated tragic.

i plan hired coach after i have players to train. at my thought it is scout task not coach task #lol

Scout and Youth coach is same duty here, because there is no scouting team after all.

There is one now, history with some transfer but it takes too long to load older transfers.
