Why my player was suspend?

He dont have red card and take just 2 yellow cards in last games...

Does bot teams gets new players sometimes?

it does seems so
marvik is sending me Ozbekistan u21 players from time to time for a call-up, fresh players e.g. 18yo today or yesterday (and 18yo is probably the youngest possible age from new players, not originating from youth school directly)
yet, there were no Ozbekistan user for a long time

yeah he also send me sometimes, thats why i ask :"D

Does it make any difference if junior coach is "high" magical, or I am throwing away 20k/w for nothing?

I believe that it is continious effect based on skillsum. But anyqay, I'd assume the effect is negligible and not paying off the 20k extra per week.

It makes a difference, maybe small, but difference anyways. If you look at the training effectiveness in the training report, you will notice % differences. A low magical could give for example 85% effectiveness, while a high magical could be around 92%

I certainly hope it works this way. Then it makes no sense to play lottery and go for unearthly if diference is lower than 0.2/w.

He made similar mistake(s) in Linic case too! ;P
