For small country like Hrvatska, every player counts - Miler, Marijačić, Horvatović, Nogulić, Purić - from my YS were/are U21 players.
Linić, Trifunović and Svaguša should probably make it to U21.
Now have 3 16y players with 10, 29, 30 weeks, and 11, 15, 17 potential. Chance is rather low all 3 to be talented, but is there.

I added some bot players to the England U-21s on Thursday with the intention of getting them transfer listed, why didn't it happen?
Transfer money is significantly down recently. My expense is too high while sponsor is low. The cost for trainer very high compare with young training system. It is the time to buy player than train younger.

on this tangent, I have wondered: Have player salaries gone up a bit over the past year or so as part of the financial reforms? meaning the same player and skillset earns more than say, two years ago?
I am NOT saying they have, but my team salary after this last dump off is around 250k and it's a pretty ordinary team. It could very well just be a product of my league getting way better across the board though.

Hi all. Can anyone explain how thing works for players because I’m getting a bit frustrated now. Defenders as divine struggle to tackle mediocre adversaries while incredible tackled everything.
Also, striker with magic technique is getting tackled at 90% of the touches by very low players.

Is not the form, form is 15+ for the players that under performs.

Top players are outside reach for 99% of teams so a normal player like this will naturally be pursued by many more teams.
