If 57 450 € magical, compared to 34 350 € magical, makes minor, but positive effect on youth players developement, I'll stay with him!
For small country like Hrvatska, every player counts - Miler, Marijačić, Horvatović, Nogulić, Purić - from my YS were/are U21 players.
Linić, Trifunović and Svaguša should probably make it to U21.
Now have 3 16y players with 10, 29, 30 weeks, and 11, 15, 17 potential. Chance is rather low all 3 to be talented, but is there.
