After a few games in the youth, can you understand the magnitude of a player's talent?

Since it's so unstable, I have a lot of players in the youth school , most of them have barely popped up a level or two from the level they started. If it's like this after about 10 games, can you already understand that they're not talented or do we have to wait longer?

generally , If you would like to share how you manage your youth players, when you keep them and when you fire them, I would love to know. Thank you!

Use SKTables. To be honest I'd say it takes about 10 weeks to get a solid idea of youth talent.

Sktable is not reliable.
Use sokker assistante or geston tool, they are both amazing !

This guy has been my mosrt expensive junior ever. Now he is the star of the NT.

I bet many people would have fired him in the early weeks!!

So, to answer your question... you just never know xD. Trust your guts.

(as someone else said, 10 weeks is probably the minimun)

Nah, not at that age and with that start level :o) Maybe he didn't play any games at first either?

Can't rremember but maybe, there is a max level they can't get past at 16? level 7?

nevermind, i just checked my school and I have a 16yo level 8 right now.

In my limited experience geston evaluator is the most accurate.

42512591 sokker didn't store match players history ? i opened my match at April 2025 at the line up information only players that still at my club is shown , the other number is blank.

i.e in real life if we browsed Dortmund match history we could still Haaland in their line up ?

or as in game , hattrick or other game still stored their history ?

If players are retired then match history will show nothing...

the Database would be enormous in that way

Hi, I'd like to start with youth academy. I wanted magical (15) coach, but I pulled 14. Is 14 coach enough for the youth academy? Or should I try to get 15? Is there a big difference between 14 and 15?
