Zaill to trga
Hi, I'd like to start with youth academy. I wanted magical (15) coach, but I pulled 14. Is 14 coach enough for the youth academy? Or should I try to get 15? Is there a big difference between 14 and 15?

the player develops 0,2 slower with every coach level. If a player stays 32 weeks in school and needs 4,0 weeks per up with a magical coach, he reaches 8 ups. With a brillant coach, he needs 4,2 weeks per up and reaches 7,6 ups, so you lose 0,4 youth skill level in the end. But I guess there's subskill in the coach level and if you got a "high" brillant coach, it might be less difference.

and 0,4 in the final level means around 1,2 less in his skill sum after he has left school...

Is it normal for a young player to have tragic form ( 0-3) for two seasons in a row?
He has been playing regularly for 67 weeks in official games since 16-21 yo never god above 12 forme ever most of the time now I would say he has stayed tragic form doesn't make any sense. I could understand if (maximum) a player misses a season because of bad injury and needs time to get back on track but that young is pretty doomed so far. I'm fine if it's only for his young age but imagine never seeing him in decent form. Any thoughts?

I wonder sometimes if players are coded to have a preference. For example, form is more likely to drop if they play over 90 minutes.

I also think that the order plays a role in form. If a player is coded to prefer ATT position but constantly plays with DEF order because he might look better as a defender, form will tend to stay low.

I don't think so. My trainees consistently tend to be in high form (out of ten only one is below 16 right now) despite they change order almost every week. If the order plays a role, it has to be to favour frequent change imo.

it is only match history from 3 season ago, not 15 season ago.

it is only text base data and queries them is not hard as it seem.

* i want to compare my squad from the last 3 season but the data is bot available.

ok somehow it is 'a weakness' and i accepted

14 is usually cheaper and the difference is not so big, so i would say, keep 14, if your 14 has magic PACE, TECHNIQUE.

if your 14 has magic PACE, TECHNIQUE.

How is this relevant for youth academy?

Does anyone have data on the range of junior pops? I've used mine but obviously that's a very limited data set. I'm trying to guage the range of junior estimation.

With a Magical youth coach (or better) what's the latest week you've seen a pop or drop of 3 or 4?

I've already seen +-4 with my own E.T. coach. Imo coach doesnt matter. But what's the point?

Why is x-axis based on week number and not on amount of junior matches played?

Both matters

Really? What is your stament based on?
My understanding was that only junior matches can increase accuracy of junior level assessment.
