I havent played junior matches in a very long time, only played like the first seasons after it came, but my coach estimations also get less and less variable the longer they are in school
That is very interesting. It should be quite easy to disprove this if it’s wrong. Just need to find a +3 change at ~30 weeks or so training. I have only one junior without junior matches and his progress is very smooth all the way (might be just coincidence)

Well if you can get the range, you can estimate how accuracy tightens over the weeks. I have a +4 there on Week 3. Does anyone have a +4- later than that?

We should see a tightening up, but this only applies to players who play junior matches, (coach) errors seems random over the weeks, like many things in this game.
They are random, but they're random within a range. With enough data you can estimate the rate at which that range decreases.
