I wonder is for junior training effectivness of coach important? If i remember correctly there is important only his main skill (unearthly), am i right?

for junior trainer only general skill is important :) so 16 is max and you are lucky guy you have one, i spent a lot of money from 2010 with several teams also with this new team already 3+mil and dont get 16 yet.. :(

It just represents the coach's level in percentage terms. 94% is the maximum so you're very close to it.

Tax system new to me. How its working?. Especially ''42% tax on player transfer earnings'' one?. Its cutting off from bargain which price we bought or total selling price it will cut off 42%? and some players have not any tax like that on me. When its getting off?

Example if i bought player with 1m euro and sold to 3m. Bargain 2m example from this. This 42% tax system effecting 2m bargain or it will cut of total 3m selling price?

Thank you very much. Problem is i came back after couple years and bought 32 around young players and only can 10 player to give advanced train. With formation training i have to wait minimum 4 weeks already to list them and extra 5-6 weeks more to delay tax fee right ?. Have any solution to advise me ?

This is what you see when you try to sell player after 1 month in your team.
So you dont have to wait extra 5-6 week unless you expect you would make a significant profit on the player.

Fees and taxes:

2.5% fee on the minimum price quoted (charged immediately)
8% tax on the amount of sale
30% tax on player transfer earnings

As slavista wrote, there are 3 different taxations:

Fees and taxes:

1.) 2.5% fee on the minimum price quoted (charged immediately)
2.) 8% tax on the amount of sale
3.) max 42% or less tax on player transfer earnings

On the last tax, nr.3, if the player is resold for equal or less money as he was bought, then there are no earnings to tax and you pay only the 8% tax on the amount of sale.

(You pay additional 5% tax for players in age of 23 or below, commission for their fist club - academy fee)

It was what i had to now. This 42% tax effecting total selling price or directly effecting profit one?. Example bought player before with 1m euro. Sold to 2m euro. This 42% tax directly effecting total selling price (2m euro) or i got profit 1m and effecting just this one?. Then still i am getting profit like 580k. Am i wrong?

You will pay:
8% sale tax - 160k
42% tax from profit - 420k
Not sure about those 5% so I don;t include those in calculation
Total tax - 580k
