When is age update

My proposal for a new system for influencing player form:

1.) Form will remain in the range from 1 to 18 as it is currently.

2.) From now on, player form will rise or fall evenly by 1 level per week.

3.) A new option will be added to the game, the manager will be able to influence the form of his players in this way. If the manager wants, he will send his player to the regeneration center for 1 week. There, the player's declining form will change to rising.

4.) During this 1 week, the player who is in the regeneration center will not be able to play matches or train, but will receive his salary.

5.) A junior will always leave the junior school with a form of level 9 and it will have an upward trend.

6.) The new option to use the regeneration center will be a reward for active managers, because if they use it at the right time, they will stop their player from weakening. The regeneration center will be a punishment for bot teams and inactive managers, because they will not stop weakening their player at the right time.

7.) Form will have a stronger influence on a player's performance in a match than it is currently.

Form should always be random, not lineair. Also, placing a player in the form centre, preventing him to train or play is just nonsense. There's no realism in that.
Imo, the best way to ''update'' form is to decrease the amount of levels form has to max 7.

Decrease the gap between the highest and lowest level, so tragic and very bad form doesn't make world class players decrease to U18 level players.
But then again, I don't see form changing soon in the first 10 years, since it will affect the ME and thus, that needs adjustment too, which is not going to happen any time soon.
They just need to fix the algorithm, so form doesn't park on extreme levels.

Decrease impact of form by 50% and nothing else needs to be changed.

Simple logic played mins player status fe limited rôles for players Key player , important, rotation, replacement, not important etc good be implemented. Obviously you can't set all players to "key player " role these need to be limited in a logic way. Performance.

3) performance
4) recent injury
5) preferred field position

These aspects should either affect positively or negatively

In that case, more simple : removing form :-)

Should stay with less impact than it's currently.

Stamina is purely the physical state of the player. We can influence stamina now. Form is also partly about the mental state of the player. It is also possible to improve a player's form if the game allows it for managers. Regeneration center is probably not the right name. Just call it something else and it will be ok.

A simple patch could be enough:
"if form is zero three weeks in a row (so during six form udpates), it's an automatic +5 at the begin of the 4th week"

The season has ended and I'm taking the calendar to ask, does it make sense that the 7th, 8th and 9th place teams, including the promotion game, earn more money than the first 6 places?
