The season has ended and I'm taking the calendar to ask, does it make sense that the 7th, 8th and 9th place teams, including the promotion game, earn more money than the first 6 places?

Yup it does no? They play qualification games to stay or to be promoted to the league like in Real Life. You could as well if you arranged a Friendly game against way stronger opponents ;)

They run the risk of losing a ton of money if they lose this match.

I would like to ask. Is it enough for the first coach's skills to be 16 only in the fields he coaches? If, for example, I coach passing, speed and attack, does it matter if the technique is 12 and the defense is 9?

for advanced training unearthly in trained skill is fine. other skills only matter for general training. So with lower level there, the contribution is lower.

It will decrease general training received in these lower skills.

Are the skills of the head coach considered in general training?

Under extreme weather conditions (very cold or hot) the pitch condition can get a little worse. In your case, the maintenance prevented it from that

Did you change meters dimensions for the grass?

No, I did nothing. It is regenerating this slow whole last week. If its weather related, +3% with maintenance is still superslow.

probably 3 home games in a row and 6 out of last 7 games played at home

you should have played away friendlies with that schedule
