Well, there is no standard :) if you decided to get rich through buying and selling – you also need luck, you buy, train, if they have talent you earn, if not ........
My solution is to follow the youngsters in the academy, train the talented ones, and play with them :) I don't need money. And I also earn from those who don't seem to have national team potential.

@PaoloFJ

d. make sure he has at least 1 skill on very low level - that's what you want to train, perfectly two very low skills
e. make sure you buy a player below his average market value
f. don't buy in first weeks of season

a. buy only fresh from youth school (0 tactical discipline)
Why is this important?
a. buy only fresh from youth school (0 tactical discipline)
Why is this important?
players leave youth school with extra "training" in skills
if they were already trained it's possible they already got the "fast jumps" after youth school
+if sold after couple weeks of training then higher chance that the talent turned out to be bad

In my experience, I had more luck with talent buying non fresh juniors rather than fresh, so I wouldn’t necessarily make it a “only” recommendation. But yes, in the end it is always a matter of luck

But fresh juniors cost extra, sometimes significantly more than a similar trained youngsters. So it depends. Valuable purchases can be found in all types of youngsters, some of the best traders are active on the market for second-hand trainees.
Hi all,
How do tactic changes when the player is sent off due to red card work? One has to specify at what position the player is sent and the minute you check for the condition. So let's say I specified that on 60th minute if player number 4 is sent away then I switch tactics. But what if a player is sent away on 70th minute. This will mean that tactic change won't work? If so then given such event is quite unpredictable and that one may want to specify that for a couple of different positions ione may run out of slots for tactic substitution

you need to put in the slot of the MIN - 1
and it will work for all the match
min - 1
red card or no player
and the number of the role you want to backup

Stop teaching them, let them discover something on their own :)
