unearthly [16] tactical discipline
height: 187 cm, weight: 92.3 kg, BMI: 26.39
formidable [11] stamina magical [15] keeper
outstanding [12] pace weak [4] defender
poor [3] technique poor [3] playmaker
solid [8] passing poor [3] striker

Because of sub-levels it would only take a drop of 1.01 to lose 2 levels, so it's not a surprise.
Hi, maybe this is not the good thread to post it but today we had that new international cup and my players got some yellow cards, why are they still there (the yellow cards)? Wasn't the 1st international cup just a demo to test it? If yes, then why did yellow cards linger? And we still don't get training from it? Weird. Please explain to me admins. Thanks.
What happens if instead of using 3 magnificent coaches as assistants I use 4? Do my players loose training? Do they get worse training? Do they get a bit better trainning?
My question isn't about the cost-benefit of this, but rather what literally happens. Circumstantially, this week I have 1 spare coach because I ended up buying one on TL to place as the head coach and I already wanted to sign his contract.
Thanks in advance.

4 assistants = NO TRAINING
From the rules
The assistants may be helpful to the main coach improving his training effectiveness - the better the assistant (in terms of general appraisal); the more he helps the main coach. However, do not hire too many assistants. If you hire more than 3, they will argue, resulting in training being less effective, or even lost.

Are all general trainings the same independent of order played?
Example: If player trains one week Pace with ATT order, and the next one Pace with DEF order, are all other skills trained in the same proportion? Or does an ATT order give more striker general training, and a DEF order more defender general training? All other variables fixed: same number of minutes played, same trainers, same age, etc.

for the case you described there is no difference, but there are cases where there is a difference or at least one case - training gk skill via general training for GK order vs for outfield orders
Yes, and that exception is the one that brought me the doubt for position specific skills such as def, pm and striker. Thank you for clarifying
