You do need to take in mind that a player's GT is dependent on the order and training of the player at the moment of the training update. So if the player has been playing with different orders, he Will only get advanced or formation training for the skill that has been Selected for that order and GT for all other skills, but only for the minutes made in the Selected order. So if he played as DEF and ATT, and his training order is set for ATT, he Will only get GT for all the cumulated minutes played with ATT order.
