I thought it was 10 gt or 7 ft equals 1 at.

But, it seems i am wrong.

3 or 4 ft is about 1 advan. ?

4 FT ~ 1 AT

Formation training is double of general training.
So around 3,5 FT = 7 AT

Also 1 AT is slightly lower than 7 GT. But to make it easier you can round up to 7.
