Formation training is double of general training.
So around 3,5 FT = 7 AT
Also 1 AT is slightly lower than 7 GT. But to make it easier you can round up to 7.

But is there any +/- effect related with the age of trainee?
Like 18y needs less GT/FT to equal AT than 20y (same skil lvl, talent etc.).
Exammple:
18y ~ 6 GT == 1AT
19y ~ 6.5GT == 1AT
20y ~ 7GT == 1A
Or it is just static?

Age and talent have no impact on that. Advanced training gives less to older / less talented players, so does general and formation training.
Exactly what I meant to ask - so there no diff, just skill will pop slower for less talented players, right?
is it keeper need technique at certain percentage, or doesn't need it at all?
Did anyone else experience that no one from the youth team moved up or down on their skills?
I have got 6 youth players and there is not a single move.

Sure, possible.
Better explain yourself why one of your juniors has a nickname "Maddog" as his official name :D

How much % age matters in training, i mean, a 16yo trains 100%
how much % he looses when he turns 17?
how much % he looses when he turns 17?
Factor of 1.094 slower per season according to Sokker Assistente. Most probably a bit more in later ages 25+.
And 1.11 for pace - again according to SA but Mikoos wrote somewhere that there isn't different age factor for pace.
