30 skillsum equals around excellent youth level, so this guy, having 29 skillsum should be high on very good and thus he could have been good 7.2 on entry at week 0 and then rose to this level with close to max talent.
16y olds with more than 30 skillsum at this point in the league will be one of a kind tbh

There is also one on TL with 30 sumskill now so he is not that special ;p

I accidentally bought this one (way too expensive). Now, I wanna give him a chance, but for what position?

Maybe before deciding his position yet just train pace on him?

True, pace and tech is needed in any position.
Yet, I was struggling because of the bad skill distribution:
For a def, his striker is lost.
For a mid, he is too far behind.
For an att, his passing is lost.

I think you should consider him as the last option in midfield.
His skills seemed perfectly suited to the forward, in my opinion.
I think you should focus on giving him full pace training instead of technical training until discover his talent.

Extra he has perfect BMİ and good enough weight for forward.I would definitely try to improve his speed and turn him into a forward.

I'd go defender. He's already on the way with 3 of the 5 skills and he'll need Tech regardless.
