it's seems that levels are rounded to nearest integer. So if level 5 (real 5,5) +3 ups can happen during progression.

From what limited research I've done I've never seen a swing of more than 4, so you'd be looking at 1.8-2.49.

Even 4 steps down and 5 steps up can happen. Still doesnt mean max error is bigger then -+2... But if he drops 4 steps you know exact level is 2 levels higher and last week he estimated 2 levels too high, and with 5 steps up, you know exact level is 2 levels lower and he just did pop from last week where coach estimated 2 levels too low

There is a difference between can be -+x levels wrong and jump -+x levels

I mean the first week of estimations when all estimations were bad because of no matches played, but the starting point was the real skill level

I git this coach via regrutation, but i dont know shoul i sign him.
Basically he is in average 15,625, but stated as coach 15.
So i could sign him as main coach but then i think that these 16 skills are more like 15,6 since then he is like in average 15 (15,6*7+13=15,275) and then i am guessing that training he provides is weaker

Trga have one with same skills (one brilliant skill) but his is unearthly.

As this is only minor difference, I would sign him as main coach.

if a skill is 16 it can't be 15,6 :)
It's in the range of 16,00 - 16,20

So my coach or even better example this one from 2posto
7*16 + 14 = 126
126/8= 15.75

Range for unearthly (16) coach should be 15,5-16
Range for magical (15) coach should be 14,5-15,49

So that coach should be 16. And if he is not, then i can only conclude that his individual skills are lower, still in range to be shown as average of 16, but in fact could be 15,6.

sign as a main coach on one hand is good since all training are covered. Salary is a bit high. Then this fact that his skills could be lower and if this affects training... the whole investment come to the question.
