sign as a main coach on one hand is good since all training are covered. Salary is a bit high. Then this fact that his skills could be lower and if this affects training... the whole investment come to the question.

Here is my unearthly:

Valentin Karišić, age: 57

wage: 58 750 €
club: Wretchedster reUnited, country: Hrvatska,
unearthly [16] coach

Training effectiveness as head coach:
magical [15] of stamina unearthly [16] of keeper
unearthly [16] of pace unearthly [16] of defender
unearthly [16] of technique unearthly [16] of playmaker
unearthly [16] of passing unearthly [16] of striker

I used around 6M if, I remember correctly, to pull this one and another "high" magical.

I wouldn't be concerned for few k salary difference if saved me another 2-5M to pull/buy "better" one and this bring me 0.0x faster training. :)

Edit: With this two I changed all 3 assistants from low 14 to low 15, and except +20k/w I didn't noticed any training speed difference:

Jasmin Bačanić, age: 53

wage: 36 125 €
club: Wretchedster reUnited, country: Hrvatska,
magical [15] coach

Marijan Mlinarević, age: 56

wage: 36 475 €
club: Wretchedster reUnited, country: Hrvatska,
magical [15] coach

Marijo Palčok, age: 51

wage: 34 350 €
club: Wretchedster reUnited, country: Hrvatska,
magical [15] coach

Why are you rounding to the nearest? Skills are always rounded down. Magical coach means that the average of all skills is in 15.00 - 15.9999999 range.

why are my young players all of a sudden getting long term injuries every week???

why are the new retards in charge,, ruining this game????
young players.. and now; especially that they keep adding weekly games..
we shouldn't have month long injuries.. especially young players!!!
and yes i have an angel Devine grass at 99% maint...
when you add games/ make the schedule denser/ represent more time... you need to adjust injuries and the duration of such injuries.. why is this not common sense?

this game is being run into the ground!!!

and when does a GK being paid 4550$ out play one at 26k.. ???
what ever changes you all are making on the parameter level... you are ruining the match engine..
i know you all aren't smart enough to change the match engine.. or smart enough to realize the effects of changing the parameters that you feed into the match engine. but why not make a conscience effort to improve the game.. instead of ruining it?? is it that hard? if so .. then just stop

YOU ARE RUINING THE GAME.. THE MATCH ENGINE.. AND ANY REASON TO KEEP PLAYING

like forest gump said.. stupid is, as stupid does...
you had a decent game.. instead of making it better.. you fucked it up! ruined it!!!
it really sucks for those of us that have invested our time and lives into this.. only to be fucked by your absolute stupidity.

juytt to Blue
Common sense has never been Sokker's strong point. Nothing new there.

You have to accept these random effects or leave the game, which many frustrated players have already done...
Or, wait and pray for some reforms from the developers that will make the game less random.

You always can change your nickname to Ned Flanders and wait for game improving, or just shut the door behind you ;)

What is the best program now for following training? Few years ago I used SokkerViewer, Sokker organiser, don't know if they are still active or not.. I don't want to pay for Plus anymore, its not about money but this bad youth system, and form of players, I have a few top players with constant bad form few seasons, its so annoying :)

I had a new 16yo that joined me, the legend-to-be Hudson Martins.

Hudson Martins, age: 16, height: 181 cm
value: 22 200 £, wage: 390 £
club: Armitage Shanks, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

tragic stamina, tragic keeper
average pace, average defender
poor technique, adequate playmaker
poor passing, average striker

Here are his skills when pulled, in school for 7 weeks, 27 skill points...

My understanding is he should have at worst 4.22 talent, and adaca suggested high talent, but his training has gone as follows, and i'm unsure...

First pace pop to adequate took 2 weeks, and he's had 2 more pace trainings and hasn't popped to good yet...

These are all 96% trainings, with 3x excellent assistants.

Can he still be talented? Perhaps he'll go 2 to solid after 3 to good? Is pace really this bad?
2026-03-06 11:00:07
What is bad is level of your assistants which can decrease speed of training. What is level of your head coach for pace?
2026-03-06 11:13:08
He's unearthly all over. And I have an unearthly junior coach. Hard to afford better assistants in my division.
2026-03-06 11:16:53
His talent definately high than 3.5 if not pop-up at 2 weeks from 6 to 7 on pace.
2026-03-06 13:27:56
Not 100% sure
